A kind, patient approach to learning technology — at your pace, with a cheat sheet to keep.
The Computer Doctor has over a decade of experience teaching and coaching people with computers and other technology. My grandmother was 84 when I taught her to use email — I treat every client just like her, with patience and a gentle manner.
We make sure you're on the same page as we go, and we'll re-review steps as many times as it takes. With your input, I'll put together a checklist or “cheat sheet” covering the steps needed to access and use the internet, email, and other programs after our training session is complete, so you have something to refer back to.
If you or someone you know could use a kind and patient approach to learning technology, call and we'll figure out together what the priorities are for your tutoring sessions.
Free phone consultation — most questions get a straight answer on the first call.
